The California Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) Division of Federal Financial Assistance is creating a new five-year Federal Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for Fiscal Years 2025-2029 and has developed surveys to receive feedback on California’s housing, homelessness, and community development challenges, barriers, and needs. Please distribute the Public Survey to your communities and residents, and the Grantee Survey to you and your partners, stakeholders, and other entities listed below. Thank you for your collaboration and contribution to improving the quality of life for all Californians. Survey details are provided below from the E-Blast for the State of California 2025-2029 Federal Consolidated Plan Survey notification:
Public survey: If you are a member of the general public, Take the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan Public Survey [uwedhmtab.cc.rs6.net].
Grantee survey: If you are a local government, developer, nonprofit organization, city or county, or other entity who has or is interested in receiving funding from HCD, Take the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan Grantee Survey [uwedhmtab.cc.rs6.net].
The surveys will be available through November 10, 2024.
